Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not by itself mean you consent to every use of your information. Where consent is required, we will request it separately and explain how to withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Prospect and inquiry records are reviewed and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed. Booking records are retained as needed to administer appointments and maintain appropriate business records. Client and project records are retained during the relationship and for as long afterward as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes. Marketing preferences and opt-out records may be retained as needed to honor your choices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

BarTine Advertising is a business division of L3 Success LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, and operates with an international team. Our service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. BarTine does not currently deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising or retargeting tracking technologies on this website. We run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, but as of this writing those campaigns do not include tracking or retargeting code installed on this site. Third-party services embedded on the site may process technical information or use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy practices, including technologies needed to provide their services. If we add analytics, advertising, or retargeting technologies to this website in the future, we will update this section and provide any notice, consent options, or opt-out controls required by applicable law before those technologies are activated.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and business owners and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
